2006 New FannieMae Appraisal Forms - Summary

They replace the old FannieMae appraisal forms.

Among the changes are: the old "final inspection" #442/1007 has been replaced with the #1004B, the #2055 report has also been modified and is an exterior inspection, only and the new condo form is a form #1073.
