As a real estate professional and homeowner (albeit in Texas) these numbers cause deep pain because I can only imagine the number of people who have been so hurt by the state of the real estate market in Florida. When I write about a market area here in Austin, I include the foreclosure information for the current and prior year, to give a bit of an indication for how things are trending. Hopefully, in a few years, your numbers will look markedly different.
