Mel Forman & Associates, Inc.

Mel Forman and Associates, Inc., was established in 1981 in Miami-Dade County by Mel Forman, a specialist in retail and industrial real estate.

Mel Forman was part of a group of developers who built "flex" industrial warehouses  along Milam Dairly Road (N.W. 72 Avenue), near the Miami International Airport, Doral and Medley.

In 2000, Realtor Britt J. Rosen, CCIM, assumed the position of Broker of Mel Forman and Associates, Inc. Britt first entered real estate in 1976 at Kendar Realty, an active real estate firm owned and operated by Kenneth D. Rosen in Coral Gables.

While at Kendar Realty, Britt worked on numerous residential and commercial transactions. Britt J. Rosen is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), awarded the designation in 1989. Britt has been active in real estate, building construction, appraising, and investment analysis since 1980.  Britt is a member of the Miami-Dade Monore Chapter and currently serves on the Board of Directors.  See www.miamiccim.net for more infomation and about upcoming events / seminars. 

Mya Bannard has been with the firm since 1994 as a Realtor listing and selling residential properties.  Previously she was a Realtor for six years with Callaway Real Estate, Princeton, NJ.  Upon arriving in Flroida Mya worked with Prudential Realty.

Mel Forman and Associates, Inc. is located in Pinecrest, Florida. The firm participates in all phases of real estate transactions, including residential, commercial and industrial.  We cover:
