The principal of the firm, Britt J. Rosen, CCIM, has extensive appraisal, real estate, and general contracting and home valuation experience. He received his degree in building construction from the University of Florida in 1980. Under the Brittex company umbrella, Britt supervised the construction of custom homes.

Using his scope of knowledge in building and property evaluation, Brittex Appraisal Services, Inc. was formed to appraise single family homes, new construction, high-value residences, land and commercial properties.

Britt has been a Realtor since 1978 and maintains a good rapport with the real estate brokerage community. His real estate and construction background give him a considerable advantage as an appraiser. In 1989, Britt was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation which signifies his understanding of the disciplines of commercial real estate brokerage, valuation and investment analysis.
